I wanted to share these photos in reference to a couple of things feeding my soul: sunset, cloudspotting, watching aeroplanes and their tracks, being high up, and last but not least, photographing. B&W Monday's theme is emotions. I quite randomly chose this image I took a year ago on the Asian side of Istanbul, and thought of situations of being together but still alone. There's a feeling of distance in many ways - something is out of reach. See other contributions to the challenge here.

French market debuts in Tampere and offers delicacies and some other stuff at Central Square until August 15. I quickly visited the market today and will certainly pop in later again.

Mustavalkomaanantai: Erilainen kuvakulma | B&W Monday: An unusual angle

Due to being lazy I'm using an old photo for this week's B&W challenge. Here's maybe a slightly different kind of view angle to the famous steel pipes aka the Sibelius Monument, although I'm sure quite many have been taking similar images. Back in 2007 I didn't yet have a SLR but was shooting with my tiny pocket camera.
