Art exhibition entitled Rajantaju (Knowing the limits) at Purnu Art Centre (in Orivesi) curated by visual artist Samuli Heimonen. Very inspirational and stylish collection of the works by 14 Finnish artists. The pictures above are of the works by Kari Vehosalo (1, 5), Tiina Heiska (2), Vappu Rossi (3) and Markku Hakuri (4).

Photo Thursday: Retrospective

The 250th Photo Thursday is looking back. Last October I participated to the challenge with a theme entitled kummitustalo, haunted house.

Looking at this photo awakens feelings of both calm and thrill, and I also find it somehow mystic and dreamy. What happens next? During 2009-2010 I was taking lots of photos of windows and reflections. This is also the first photo of which I made a large print-out, now hanging on the wall in our sitting room.
